I have always been extremely fascinated by the way eastern cultures pictured wild beasts, like this lion. This majestic feline is holding a sphere in its right paw, representing the Chinese symbol of power.

Inside the Forbidden City, many are the wonders you can find while exploring the area. In particular, this little temple catched my eye because of his wooden architecture: the structure seemed to hold the weights of thousands years of history.
